老闆娘很親切會説英文，幫我們免費升級了有窗口的房間，還讓我們早check in了，整體傢俱比較舊，可是不影響住，吹風筒不那麼熱，需要多點時間才能吹乾頭髮，位置位於比較安靜的地方，可是走到中心很方便，附近吃的也多，整體是很滿意的體驗，謝謝老闆孃的親切招待，還看到她幫忙其他住客安排買票安排交通之類的，早餐也吃得很好，荔枝季節還吃到了很好吃的荔枝。

The hotel is just 2 minutes walk from Sun Plaza. The owner so friendly. The hotel kind of old but it was clean and no weird smell. The lady owner made us good breakfast. There was laundry service 40.000dong per kilo (6hours). Minimarket just right beside the hotel.

Great place and location to stay at. Took the suite room, spacious and clean. Ms Kieu Anh was really friendly and helpful (laundry service, bus booking, 訂房網站s booking, etc..) during my 3 nights of stay there. However since I’m a non smoker and rather sensitive to cigarettes smell, on and off notice some cigarettes smoke smell in the room. Was informed that it could be due to someone smoking within the premise. Opening the balcony door does helped to ventilate the room though. Overall, still a great place.

I had a great time at Sapa Dragon Hotel. I stay there three night. I went to Sapa alone and I was sick. Hotel manager is really caring, helping and very kind. She helped me everything. Service are top notch and as I mentioned above, she went the extra mile to help the guests. Location is just few minutes walk from Sun Plaza and accessible to the attractions. Rooms are spacious, great view, clean and I can smell the fresh laundry. I definitely recommend to others 👍

Walking distance to Cable station to Fansipan and very lively town with many eateries in the night. Hotel is old, not as in the pictures. No lift,need to climb stairs. No hot water. Need a lot of improvement on the facade and rooms too. For budget travellers is fine who have low budget..need to review and update those pictures
